Manager Overview:

|
Fund/Strategy Overview:
Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund Class D - (Distributing) is a credit strategy which seeks long-term investment returns predominantly through discount capture, contractual interest and capital appreciation. It invests as a feeder fund through Australian dollar denominated distributing shares in the Underlying Fund, which gains exposure to a diversified portfolio of private credit investments through a master-feeder structure. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the Underlying Fund's net assets are expected to be allocated to private credit investments, including credit fund investments, direct credit investments and credit co-investments. Investments are expected to be primarily acquired through secondary transactions, with primary transactions used from time to time where opportunities are available. Class D is intended to make monthly distributions, with payments credited to an AUD Australian domiciled bank account. |
