Victor Smorgon Partners Global Equities Fund uses the Reserve Bank of Australia Cash Rate plus 2.00% per annum as the benchmark applicable to its performance fee. The Fund is a concentrated, long-only global equities strategy focused on high-conviction thematic opportunities and typically holds 25-40 securities. The manager applies a discretionary, fundamental bottom-up process assessing management quality, free cash flow, margins, balance-sheet strength, valuation and downside risk. Investments are diversified across geographies, sectors and market capitalisations, while derivatives may be used solely for hedging.
