Manager Summary
4D Infrastructure was established in April 2015 as a joint initiative involving Michael Morrison, Sarah Shaw and Greg Goodsell, in partnership with Bennelong Funds Management. Morrison and Shaw were the original co-founders, while Goodsell joined as the third Principal and Global Equity Strategist. Following Goodsell's retirement on 30 June 2024, the investment team has been led by Shaw, with Investment Director Tim Snelgrove responsible for portfolio trading and macro strategy.
On 16 September 2026, Perennial Partners announced that 4D Infrastructure would join the Perennial group. At this stage, no changes to the investment team, investment process, or fund strategy have been announced. Further updates will be provided as additional information regarding the transition becomes available.
