Manager Summary
4D Infrastructure was established in April 2015 as a joint initiative involving Michael Morrison, Sarah Shaw and Greg Goodsell, in partnership with Bennelong Funds Management. Morrison and Shaw were the original co-founders, while Goodsell joined as the third Principal and Global Equity Strategist. Following Goodsell's retirement on 30 June 2024, the investment team has been led by Shaw, with Investment Director Tim Snelgrove responsible for portfolio trading and macro strategy.
Strategy Summary
The 4D Global Infrastructure Fund invests in listed infrastructure companies across all four corners of the globe. The Fund consists of a concentrated investment portfolio of 30-60 stocks, and aims to identify quality listed global infrastructure securities, trading at or below fair value with sustainable, growing earnings and dividends.
