James Aitken is the founder and managing partner of Aitken Advisors - a macroeconomic consultancy based in Wimbledon, England - that works with approximately one hundred of the most influential pools of capital in the world (and also AIM.)

James is well known for his knowledge of the inner workings of the global financial system, which helped his clients successfully navigate the GFC. He will probably always be known as 'the plumbing guy'.

James joins the AIM investment team to discuss how he sees a more inflationary environment impacting short-and-long term rates, how central banks are likely to navigate this period, as well as his view on the global financial system and whether there are any emerging signs of stress.
