How we store your information and keep it secure
Australian Fund Monitors (AFM) will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep any information that we have about you secure, and to ensure that all personal information we have relating to you is correct and up-to-date. In addition, all AFM employees and contractors are required to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by AFM. We will not reveal your name, email address or any other information we collect about you to any third party without your permission, except that we may provide your contact details to Fund Managers for introduction purposes. If you are an AFM registered user or subscriber, you can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure by keeping your password secret and not forgetting it.
If you are a paid subscriber
AFM use a secure third party Payment Gateway for all on line payment processing. As such we do not see or collect any information relating to your financial details, credit card or processing details, and only receive a message from the Payment Gateway that your transaction has been approved.
How you can access and change the information we keep about you
Your trust in AFM is very important to us. You are welcome to request details of your information via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are a registered user and change email address, you can update these details by logging in on the Australian Fund Monitors homepage and going to the account admin section. This allows us to redirect email newsletters and customer notifications to your new address and ensures your Australian Fund Monitors customer web access is maintained.
Our Communication with you
We will not send you promotional email from ourselves or third parties without first asking you whether you wish to have it sent to you. Please allow up to five days for any email request to be processed.
Changes to our policy
