Australian Securities and Investment Commission
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) enforces and regulates company and financial services laws to protect consumers, investors and creditors.

Australian Taxation Office
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) forms part of the Treasury Portfolio and is the Australian Government’s principal revenue collection agency and a payer of government funds. The ATO administers legislative systems that fund public goods and services, safeguard retirement incomes and give effect to social and economic policy, as outlined in the Portfolio Budget Statements. The ATO has regulatory responsibility for aspects of superannuation and stewardship of the Australian Business Register.

Australian Trade Commission
Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) assists financial services companies who are considering establishing or expanding their activities in Australia, provides advice to Government on policy, regulatory and market structure issues, and acts as a conduit between the private and public sectors on matters affecting Australia's development as a global financial services centre.
